It displays your latest tweet at the bottom of the page and lists all of your social media profiles horizontally. It also shows a posts Facebook likes and the number of times it has been shared on Twitter. A ‘dd’ button, which stands for Daddy Design, is listed at the right hand side of the bar and links back to the plugin information page.
The design of the bar can easily be changed through your admin area. The background colour can be changed and you can style the font too. You can also set whether you place the bar on your home page or on individual posts and pages.
You can choose to list up to 14 social media profiles on your social toolbar. 22 different social media services are listed including mainstream services like Facebook, Youtube and Twitter, as well as lesser known services such as Foursquare and Reverbnation.
I prefer to integrate social media sharing buttons into my templates however those of you who are looking for something more discrete should check WP Social Toolbar out. More information about the plugins can be found at the link below.
