It comes with 12 unique widgets and it’s layout can easily be changed at the touch of a button too. The video below shows what you can expect from the framework.
Frameworks are specifically designed to make creating your own website easier however there are currently 2 child themes available for Xtreme One. The Minimalist and Indoor child themes retail for $19.95 each.
Xtreme One retails at $79.95 though if you use the code LAUNCH at checkout until December 13th 2010 you will get a $10 discount. The theme is well documented and there is a dedicated support forum for customers too.
WP Engineer is one of my favourite WordPress blogs with Alex, Frank and Michael displaying a fantastic understanding of how to use and optimise WordPress; therefore I expect big things from Xtreme One. There’s always room for more frameworks in the WordPress community so I hope it’s a success.
I was not able to test the framework personally for this preview however Alex has kindly given me access to a test area in order to test Xtreme One out so please stay tuned for a more in depth review of this new framework next week.
